Use Support to privately report a suspected vulnerability. Choose the security or account category and include the affected page, what happened, and safe reproduction steps.
Do not include secrets
Never submit a PIN, recovery code, browser token, connection code, service-account file, API key, or another person’s private information. Redact those values from screenshots and logs.
Responsible testing
Use accounts and devices you own. Do not access other accounts, disrupt service, automate traffic against production, collect private messages, or retain data that is not yours. Stop when you have enough information to explain the issue.
What to expect
Reports are reviewed through the Support queue. ScriptNovaa does not currently promise a bounty or a guaranteed response time, but clear reports with reproducible evidence are prioritized.
